M&A Advisory:
We deliver both buy and sells side support and can assist you in all phases of the process from target identification to diligence, closing and integration on the buy side and from sale evaluation/readiness through closing on the sell side.
Readiness preparation:
Going through any extraneous process can be daunting and often brings unforeseen tasks or projects. We can help your business prepare to go through the process seamlessly including business exits (both private sales and public offerings), financing transactions, first time audits, etc.
Financing support:
Once you’ve prepared we can assist you in negotiating the most advantageous arrangement that meets your objectives. Whether it’s a borrowing facility, an investor arrangement or a private/angel investor we can help you work through the negotiation process. Often times in house F&A teams run lean to minimize overhead costs. Further, emerging and middle market businesses have focused on growth and not necessarily F&A best practices. The result is untimely delivery of irrelevant data. We work with our clients to improve and develop effective, efficient close processes to enable timely reporting to management of actionable knowledge (as opposed to data and information). In addition, we help our clients distinguish past from present by developing short and intermediate forecasting processes to aid in decision making.
