Team

Craig Campbell founded EOS and serves as Managing Director. As a former CFO, CAO and Controller, he recognizes the challenges that today’s financial leaders and executive teams face. Having spent over thirty years working with and for emerging and middle market companies of varying sizes and structures primarily in medical devices, technology, manufacturing and services, Craig brings a unique background to his clients. Having sat in the same seat, he thoroughly understands their challenges and brings deep expertise and broad experience to bear to deliver results. As a demonstrated organizational leader aware that leadership matters, Craig is able to assist his client base not only on matters specific to the finance function but also operations and commercial issues and business strategy and leadership challenges.

Craig is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Prior to founding EOS, he served as CFO for Tegra Medical where he partnered with the CEO to lead the PE owned business through one of the most successful exits in the medical device space at the time and doubled revenues during his five plus years with the Company. Throughout his career, Craig has quickly identified and implemented improvements to create high value add finance and accounting functions both for his own teams and companies that he has consulted with.
